Individual Care
For your comfort you choose the staff members you want to support you. We will never send a different staff member unless you ask us to.
For your safety all our support staff have a current National Police clearance and also a positive Qld Blue/Yellow card (as required).
For your peace of mind all staff have at least a Cert 3 in their area of support, a current First Aid & CPR certification, and ongoing inservice training.
For your satisfaction we only recruit staff who can evidence a mature life experience and dedication to customer service so that you can always be living your way.
